Refund policy
At Wild Tide Co., we want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it.
Because every item is printed especially for you when you place an order, our returns policy is a little different from traditional retailers. However, if something isn't right, we'll always do our best to help.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or if you've received the wrong item, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery.
Simply email us at support@wildtidecompany.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll work quickly to make things right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or a full refund.
Need a Different Size?
We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before ordering.
If you've ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
As all of our products are made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and approved, you're welcome to place a new order in your preferred size.
Please note that size exchanges are not available for orders intentionally purchased in multiple sizes for home try-ons.
Changed Your Mind?
As each item is made especially for you once your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We appreciate your understanding as this helps us reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
European Union Customers
If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with local consumer regulations.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@wildtidecompany.com.
